Round/Timer System Implemented & Bender Character Moveset Underway


Since my last update. I've managed to implement a round system where it gives points to either the Player 1 or 2 side depending on who's out of health. I've also added a timer to the game where if it runs out, the round is given to either Player 1 or 2 depending on who has more health than the other. I haven't got anything implemented yet for what happens should players have equal health upon Time up. Still not sure how to tackle that.

Another milestone is that starting from last night, I've been starting work on the second character for the game. 

Who's next to feature on the roster alongside Homer Simpson? Why, it's Bender from Futurama of course! 

Bender brings a slew of unique moves to the game. In the original series, there's a running gag where if Bender burps, he breathes fire! So I thought that would be a fun move to give him. I've also added a move for him where he opens his compartment up. It doesn't do anything yet as I don't have any characters who shoot projectiles yet, but basically he will be able to store projectiles and instead of taking damage, he'll be able to heal himself! I thought it would be a fitting mechanic for resident dirty cheat Bender to have!

Progress with him is going well but I've yet to tackle implementing his grab move. I'm going to make it so he grabs his opponents and using his extended robot arms, slams them onto the edge of the screen and they get electrocuted, as each character does when they're knocked back offscreen.
